FAQ:

What to Bring: Yoga mat, or blanket, pillow, anything that will make you comfortable for a period of meditation. You're welcome to bring a camp chair if you prefer!  

 

What to Expect: 

A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience where you simply lie back, close your eyes, and allow sound to wash over you. Using crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other soothing instruments, the practitioner creates gentle waves of vibration and tone that work on the body, mind, and energy field.

As you listen, your breath naturally deepens, your nervous system settles, and your mind quiets. Some people feel the sound moving through them, loosening tension or lifting heavy emotions; others simply rest in a peaceful, meditative state.
